I have a modified Axial SCX10 that I use for crawling, and the Xmaxx is ridiculous, but honestly I probably have the most stupid fun with the HPI Savage Flux. It has an aftermarket 6s motor and esc, and will do standing doubles, 20 mph rolling flips, and wheelie on command at 40+ It's been more durable so far than the E-Revo. For on road I have a 4tec 2.0 that will be fun, and I'm building a 2wd slash into a drag car to sell. I figured out pretty early on that having just one wasn't gonna cut it, so I looked for guys that were getting out of the hobby and bought up a couple of large lots. Fixed and sold what I didn't want to recoup my money, and kept the rest.Whats your favorite one???? I loved my MRC stadium truck (electric), Kyosho MP5 4wd buggy (gas), and my HPI AWD on road with 2 speed tranny (electric).... They all had every aluminum, titanium, or carbon fiber upgrade... I made my own batteries, they ranged from 1800 to 3600mAh, built my own gas engines! Polished and ported what I could! Absolutely loved the hobby!
Building your own batteries and motors is hella impressive, I'm not that creative!
