My 1996 K1500 Reg. Cab supposedly got 13-17 mpg. You’ve got an Extracab K2500… likely heavier. Both 5.7 This is on my original sticker.

Did you replace o2 sensors? I think 13 mpg is mostly acceptable anyway. Likely wasn’t much if any better when new.
