One thing that may help a bunch or not at all is an adjustable fuel regulator (JET-61510 @ Summit)
Or you can get this from RVMorseMachine.com with which you can add a pressure gauge too.

The computer ignores the O2 sensor above around 80% throttle opening

The knee jerk reaction to performance improvements has always been to "smooth things out". If you're looking for low end power, like in a truck engine, you want a rough intake surface so fuel droplets that form are broken up before the cylinders. Smooth and shiny aluminum is for very high rpm.

It just uses math to add more fuel when in PE mode. The narrowband O2 sensor only knows if the exhaust is richer or leaner than 14.7:1. In PE mode, the ECM takes the current fuel trim (BLM) if it is higher than 128 and adds fuel to get to the PE AFR, or if it is less than 128, it uses 128 and adds fuel.
