Whitesburg, Kentucky is an old, small town. 2 traffic lights IIRC. the whole event is non-profit. Lee Caudill (founder of the show) wanted to put on a weekend long event centered around a show. He succeeded.

all proceeds go to the Shop With A Cop program which under privileged children get to go Christmas shopping with a Police Officer.

davenport, my town... has a general store, a post office, 1 stop sign, 1 fire/rescue squad (volunteer), an elementary school, a high school, 1 public park and that's all!

we had a bank...and it was in a trailer.. no joke.
