lol, yea its only from about 40-55 mph with throttle. highway at 65+ it goes away. My speedometer is screwed though like 20 mph off! I just keep it pegged on 85 (thats the max for 88-94) and then go by rpm. Try to keep it under 2500-2600 rpm. The 37's should make things more normal.

The only times Ive ever heard gear whine was when the pinion wasnt shimmed right or when the gears were knife edged

i dunno some people say its fine and normal with aftermarket gears, some say there should never be whine?


honestly though short of replacing the gear set, is there anything i can really do? as long as its not damaging anything i guess i can live with a little whine.

say you have your tires turned all the way to the left, how much room between the back inner fender on the left front?

I'm pretty sure 37s wouldn't fit on my truck lol it seems like my rear is too low also for 37s to fit

Doesn't matter still do it. But I rubbed with my 37s with ifs when I had 6 inch suspension and 3 inch body, it is really all about the right wheels.
