I was thinking of doing that, lol.
But it didn't seem logical at the time, no seeing as the clear/silver wire wont last long I think buying the welding cable will work. Thanks for the info and replies fellas.
Definitely want a little "bling" but more functionality.

I get the whole color matched/coordinated thing. I'm sure you have some black components under your hood that it would tie into. Add some red heat shrink bands to the ends of all your positive connections, and that will spice it up a bit.
