Wiper arm upgrades?

I really need to paint my wiper arms though. The paint is flaking off.

danny did the write-up on a rust remover... i need to use SOMETHING... i gotz water spots on my glass (more so on the rear glass.. i had a used solid rear glass installed during the painting process of my truck.. guess the previous owner didn't like soap/water on his truck)

Do a search on here. Something like "removing waterspots". I used a generic rust remover from Ace and it worked beautifully. It was in a small brown bottle. Night and day difference, and took me all of 15 minutes.
