Whipple intake air temps

    Sorry for the late reply. I don't get on here much. It depends how wide your heat exchanger is. I had to clearance the hood latch support to scoot the heat exchanger over towards the center of the grill and my unit was 2' thick. 2.5" might be a stretch with the GMC grill since it has a larger recessed center opening. Hope this helps

    Thought this pic would give you a better idea of the clearance between the grill and the heat exchanger. And mine is only 2" thick.
    It's almost right up against the a/c condensor. Just enough clearance so they don't touch. Hope this helps...

    It gets the spider crap out of the intake tract and allows the use of normal injectors. This is on a 350.

    Still wish I could find one. Ended up getting wynjammer injectors instead. Works pretty good, no fueling problems at all

    I snagged my intake back in 2012. Seems they've dried up since then.
