Blue's is the only one that will fly with a Whipple.

I have Blue's old intercooler set up. I couldn't use his heat exchanger since the 96 doesn't have offset mounts for the condenser. I used a 12" x 12" x 2" heat exchanger. Just put the grill back on today.

That looks pretty good. Unfortunately I don't have any room behind my hood latch bracket assembly. Already got a stock trans cooler and an oil cooler. If I went that route Idk where I'd mount the extra cooler. Maybe behind the bumper, but without a fan behind it I'd doubt it'd do much until I got up to speed.

Just a thought if you put it behind the bumper have you thought about using a diesel front bumper with all the ducting in place. Might be able to squeeze one in there some how plus have the engine fan pulling air through the openings

Maybe. Might go with the blue's suggestion. I'm back in Korea until September so can't really scope anything out right now.

How much room is in between the front of the heat exchanger and the grill? I'm getting my stuff through frozenboost.com and it comes with a 10" fan, website says it's 2.5" thick, wondering if I might be able to squeeze it in front. Put it on a thermal switch like you'd do for old style e-fans

IMO ditch the small radiator for the intercooler loop and install one of these guys.

I actually bought one when I was going to put a LSA blown 6.0L in my van. Sold the blower and chiller for alot more than I had in it.
