What ground is this

Yea.... dont mind my rust prevention truck did it its self. Haha

but what ground is this i need to replace it. And what dose it affect electronically. My obd2 wont link. Thank you guys so much

That ground has nothing to do with the OBD2 connector.

Do you have power and ground at the OBD2 connector itself?

Where is your is hand Rt , Lt., Upside down? On the firewall , rt of center near Bell housing about 2 o'clock, there's a stud on firewall. A braided ground from that point to frame. And another from that point( body) to back of RT. Head. You may need a mirror and light to see it. Ensures continuity engine, frame, body.
