model #ZR13 for around $170.00 that will work for your vehicles in question.

I use the Torque Pro App on my phone and tablet (Android).
It does everything i need it to.
Some scanners wont show live data which can be most helpful.
This one with the App is customizable and ill be using one in my 91 with the LS swap for all my gauges on a 8" Tablet.

I recommend Blue Driver, being able to use your phone is awesome and so the only kit is that OBDII plug. I don't know if they make adaptors to use with my older stuff but that would be neat.
