New here, but have been lurking. Thought I would post the progress on the '95.

I have taken on the task of redoing a 1995 Chevy truck. Now most people ask, "Why the hell are you doing that?". Well it's simple. Sentimental value. My grandfather bought this truck in 1996. When he passed away it became kinda co-owned between me and my Dad. The last few years havent been the best on the old girl so I have decided to fix her up.

We painted it 2012 Ford Tuxedo Black. There is a ton of metallic in the paint. Everything got 3 coats of paint and at least 5 coats of clear. That is as far as I have gotten. This has taken about 3 weeks from start to this point. I am still cutting and buffing the cab right now. I will post more pictures as I get further along.

It's a '66 Biscayne with a 572 and a 6-speed. The bumpers are off to get re-chromed. That was the last project I helped do.

All I could make out was the roof line, thought it was a F-body LOL The 66' Chevy has to be a fun car, 572/T56 is a awesome set up!

Thanks everyone. I am really enjoying this project. Looking forward to spending a little more time here. I am hoping once it becomes mine full time, I will take it off truck duty. Lower it, and LSx swap it. But I am sure that is far down the road.
