You can't power those fans with that supply. Its rated 5amps, those fans will take 10-12 amps each.
That being a linear power supply, you will likely see the voltage drop below 9v trying to power up the fan, even lower with both fans.

I’ll clean it up with loom tmrw .. but it comes on at around 200 about 5-10 seconds and off

Also have to throw fuses between positive fan and relay

Cleaned up the wiring and added a fuse box. When the fans kick on there is a drop or decline in voltage then normal. Anyway to stop that from happening? I upgraded the amp to 140.

Since you're running without a shroud like me and Ken, you ought to create a plate that seals the core support to the front of the radiator so that air coming from the front of the truck is forced through the radiator.

I later replaced those 2 POS relays with a 50A Hella relay and drew power right off the accessory stud vs the ABS pump that was fused at 60A. I did add a sweet resettable 50A breaker as well. And apparently took zero pics. I do have evidence of a properly supported battery cable though.

Yea, mine is sealed all the way around. The Cadi fans do a good job and are quite when they are on. Ive been very happy with the swap.
