Had her washed at one of those automatic car washes last night, and thought it looked decent so i snapped some pics.

This is the hood, practically a mirror-like finish.

Thanks. LOL @ the fact that my taillights practically look off when they're actually on in the pictures. What does that say about the light output?

Ugh ive already wetsanded and hand-buffed them TWICE. Just need new housings. I want Anzo clears, the ones that look stockish but really clear-looking red. Expensive as hell, though :(.

Haha yeah i love my cone! As for the truck, dechrome the grille, remove the trim from the wheel wells, maybe paint the chrome strip in the moulding black. Bumpers might get bedlines as well. I'm getting a new truck in less than 2 years so I'm trying to hold back.

What did you wetsand your tails with? I started off using 600 grit, to get the majority of stuff off, then I bumped up to 2000 grit to smooth it out. Then, a couple weeks ago, I cleared them, but I need to polish them. I wetsanded the clear with 2000 grit, but I was out of polishing compound to make 'em shine. Plus, your lights were 'on', but not full brightness, they're really dim when you just have lights on, because at night they don't need to be bright, just visible.
