Hinge pins are easy, entire hinges are very difficult. The old hinges need to be cut off, holes drilled and some kind of tool made for holding the nuts inside the body.
If the old hinges have oblong pin bushing holes, larger bushings can be installed. Easier than replacing the hinges.
The positive side of new hinges is they bolt on and are easily replaced.
