The passenger side front door on Rawhide has been needing a little shoving to get open from inside, like they do when they are riding on the striker bolt. That looks okay, but the hinge assembly looks like something is in the wrong place. Is this the hinge pin or something else?
I've done pins and bushings on other doors so I know how to do that job.
Thanks in advance!

You could knock that sucker out of there, just be aware the hinge will no longer have any detent "hold-open" positions, it will just swing all the way open, or closed, with no resistance. Can be annoying if you park on a slope or frequently next to other vehicles.

That roller pin is almost worked out of your truck. The roller pin should be retained with a small clip like the door pins and yours has sunk to almost getting out. I agree with @df2x4 that Cunningham machine makes a heavy duty roller pin that works great. Replaced it on my driver's side of my truck alongside GM door pins, Cunningham Machine bushings and a GM exterior door handle and my driver's side door is like new.

Yup it'll get fixed/replaced, once I have funds. Next month I'll get first paycheck from new job, and there's a show Saturday and 3 shows in September,9, 16, and 23.
