With 1.6 ratio rockers you can bring the lift of the RamJet cam up to those levels. I didn't look back, but are you doing any head work or just using stock Vortec castings? If using stock castings, you'll eventually run out of flow to support lots of lift.

At any rate, the cam you posted 212/218 is probably closer to where you need to be.

You generally pick a cam before selecting valvesprings, not the other way around. After stating that you changed your mind, and then planned to build for low rpm torque, you can't because of the springs you bought when you wanted to go a different direction with the engine. Alexsparts also offers a set of springs/locks/retainers that work with vortec heads to allow for more lift without all that seat/open spring pressure. They're perfect for the '395 cam.
