Yes even the Powerstop B675 for my K1500 are only FF.The Raybestos EHT369H pads are GG code, yes.
Shoes are a different story. I hunted for hours and the most aggressive shoes I could find for my trucks (again, '97 C1500 with JB5 and '97 K1500 Suburban with JB6) were FF code. I used ACDelco 19150002 on the 'burb and Raybestos 675PG on the C1500. Both are FF code.
I believe PowerStop makes a GG code shoe that fits the dually trucks, discussed here.

Before I bought I was under the impression China! Even better next door Mexico.Where are those made?
It’s online only, but free to your door shipping! That's funny that you got them at THD. I do a lot of shopping there...I can will now be able to pick up some 2x4s, plywood, paint,...and now parts for the 'Ol Chebby!
And probably avoid the idiots at the parts store..."is it a V6 or V8...?"
Problem I’m having with THD is how to find MY brake parts - can’t filter by year/car. Looking for 10” shoes for 95 Tahoe 4WD. 246 to choose from just in Raybestos shoes, and not much in the description. That's funny that you got them at THD.
