What is this brush/grill guard with lights?

I have an opportunity to purchase this brush guard. Seller said it came off of a 41k mile truck. It looks to be in amazing condition. He's asking $400 for it. Anyone know what brand it is? Seller doesn't know. And is 400 a good price?

I've seen more than one of these exact brush guards. Definitely not custom.

Looks similar to the one on Rawhide, and the used one I bought for the Burb. Most of the ones available for our trucks, from back in the day, are probably fairly similar.....
