Here's my welder - had it for a couple years, lol. I first learned on a Lincoln "tombstone" buzz box.

A friend of mine's dad bought this weldat brand new..... 220v ... I bought it after his parents died & he was cleaning out the garage.
I've never used it. Been sitting in my basement for 10 years.

That's cool, I've never seen one of those. That's back when Sears had good stuff! Simpson has been the standard in the electrical industry. I've had a few of their VTVMs (Vacuum Tube Volt Meter), now I'm dating myself, LOL. Do you still have the cables/leads for it?

Yes, I have the cables/leads. However, the outer covering on the cables have degraded and are peeling/cracking off in chunks.

The booklet is in great shape and the illustrations are comic book-like .... No real photographs. Real nice printing work right there.
