You'll be happy with the lsx. My only regret is getting the 5.3l and not the 6.0l.
Digging this thread up out of curiosity... Really cool build.
Did you ever happen to get dyno numbers on the V6 before you did the LS swap? I've been toying with the idea of forced induction on mine for a long time and I really like the approach you took here, namely the low budget stock motor part.
Goals are more tire smoke and reliability.
Any final thoughts in general on the V6 setup? Anything you'd do differently if you built it again? Did you re-use any of it on the LS?
