Got the drill and wire brush out today. Wasn't really as bed once I got a couple of passes with the brush. Looked worse than it was. Sheet metal is very solid. Got it all cleaned up and did 2 coats of POR-15. Should be cured by tomorrow and I can get the new insulation down.

Check that the evaporater drain isn't plugged by a dirt dobber or something.

yes, I need the left 60 portion of the 60/40 seat side. Just the clip not the fold down panel. If i can name it I can find it.

Adding to what Suburban5 posted, this site has the GM part numbers. You can’t order from them, and the site is loaded with ads, but it’s a good source.

Yes, heater core was toast.
