I would have to agree with draggin95. The stud screws into the cab floor and you shouldn't have to break anything.

I didn't break mine and I've taken it out a couple of times. I was able to (slowly) take it out with just a normal 1/4" (IIRC) end wrench. It's just threaded into the floor IIRC

I alway's use a pair of vice grip's on the long stud, just below the thread's, I have removed at least 10 of those and never had to break one.

Thats the best way Ive found to remove them too.
