Oil pump leave alone or replace

I don't think I'd go for a high pressure pump. Either stock or high volume.

Yeah, standard volume, high pressure would be fine, or just the standard pump. Go with Melling, or Summit brand (since melling makes them). Might as well spend the extra $5 and get the ARP stud kit for it too.

Yes, without alot of engine work, a high volume pump is more harm than it is good. High pressure is your choice, but they really don't need that much oil pressure to be happy :)
