Noises when turning

I have a 97 k1500 6” rcx. When making turns, I can hear a loud noise under my passenger side (front) and it sounds like something hitting under the cab. I can also feel this under the floor. Al front end parts have been replaced any help?

The only time I've experienced anything like that was when I had an anti-roll bar link break. When turning left, the part still stuck in the bar would hit the lower control arm.

Make sure the stuff you installed is still tight. Torqued to spec.

I installed all with torque specs except sway bar end links cause I couldn’t find them but I think they’re good enough

How about the tire itself? 6" lift with what size tires, what offset wheels?
Chances are it's the tires hitting the wheel wells

Try having a spotter look as you drive/turn slowly in a parking lot.
