SK was just sold to the Communist Chinese about a month or two ago. December of 2021.I've bought mostly SK for the last five-ish years. I can't justify Snap-On prices any more for most purchases, and Williams is tougher to find than SK.
Thus ends my interest in SK.
Some Williams (a Snap-On owned company), some Proto, and Wright are still made in USA and less-expensive than Snap-On. One needs to be careful with the part-numbers, some of their stuff is imported, some made here.
Wright is a family-owned company. The downside is that they don't have a huge variety of specialty tools. What they do make is good stuff.
