Well, I said it would be something simple.

Old gas is bad stuff. When I'm working on something like that, I usually go get a 5 gal can of premium and dump in the tank before I start trying to fire it up.

Thats what we did, still didnt fire. We dumped a 5 gal and a half in before

I think a lot can be learned from this experience. First being that your thought of the plugs not being wet meaning it wasn't getting fuel.

Another thing I would like to point out, at the low 13PSI fuel pressure these engines have when they're running good, just because you can see fuel spraying out of the injectors, doesn't mean you've got proper fuel pressure. My pump was pumping 5PSI and it would barely fire, and not stay running. I bought my tester, with the adapter for the TBI trucks, for $35 on ebay.
