New update: I did a dry crank compression test on all the cylinders and they're all right at 150 psi except for two which are 155 and 160ish, but that doesn't seem like a problem to me.
Those are excellent numbers.

Shine a light down your throttle bores with the engine running and make sure you have two nice cones of fuel spray. My son's truck was running like butt, and we discovered one of the fuel injectors wasn't firing. The fuel injector connector was garbage and the wire was rotted several inches back into the harness.
