Had that problem last year, took the cable cover off and hit it with a die grinder to clean the contact, retightened and has been fine since.

Well today I got the new bolts, washers, and nuts that were being mentioned by everyone and 1997chevydriver. Stripped everything down and put the new set up on and tightened everything good. And now everything is tight and doesn't look to be coming lose at any time. Thanks everyone a lot! Happy Easter.
