Looks to me like a one off grille. NNBS center grille, NBS turn signals molded into an OBS gmc grille.

do our obs's have the slight angle where the fender meets the grille? cant see my truck from here .

Change the grill to a regular gmc grill, a new set of lights and lift the rear bumper and he would have a really sweet truck.

Thats horrible....

I mean, the least he could have done was mold the NBS headlights in it? Ive seen a 99 grill on these trucks, but the hood and fenders were molded into it too. Thats look cool. This just doesnt look right?
