any fixes for this paint issue?

You can have just the doors painted to match the rest of the hoe

I am under the impression that my truck has been repainted before my ownership, and the doors are factory paint, so wont matching it up be really hard?

if I am wrong on my assumption though (there isnt any over-spray anywhere, and the door jambs match perfectly,) I do find it odd that the pewter does not match.

I've heard that pewter is hard to match anyway but the shades being off could be several factors. One of them could be that the doors have been faded more by the sun than what your tahoe has. Any reputable paint shop can spray those doors and have them match the rest, though.
