Here is the MC!

To me the MC pictured appears to have the large “quick take up” bore / piston, as witnessed by the flare the casting.

In that case the 3” / 76mm piston calipers are appropriate as they would be “low drag”.

Do you have some part #s for the 3” calipers? Or to what vehicles do they belong?

The 3” is the standard GMT400 replacement caliper, e.g., from RockAuto et al, for at least JB5/JB6 RPO brakes, e.g., ACDelco 18R746C.

You can confirm the diameter by measuring.

I took some measurements of calipers I purchased from Napa.

Outer sides are 2.75” and inner length is 2.5”

Raybestos shoes are getting replaced with acdelco shoes. Way too much dust

Lots of meat left on those shoes, if it was my truck I would leave as-is.

This one pictured should be facing toward the front of the vehicle. If not…

Both sides the shoe with the less coverage faces towards the front.

These shoes release alot of dust, would the ac delcos not be any better?
