94 silverado motor install/ wiring issues

I have a 1994 silverado. I wiped out the cam so I pulled the motor to do cam swop. All went well. Now I don’t have wipers a/c or cruise. Do I have a ground issue that would effect all three?

The grounds for all these failures end at the intake manifold grounds. Since you had the motor out, I'd start chasing them there.
