now that the interior is 98% complete its time to start pricing out and shopping for parts for suspension upgrades.
shopping list is getting pretty long and pricey. looks like its lots of overtime this year

parts for diff, $1500
shiny stuff from LsFab 350
kryptonite front end parts 1500
not sure if i want to get my steering box rebuilt or just buy a new one, but thats another couple hundred
new head lights, looking at another RZ lights product, its 650
front and rear bumper from hammerhead armor 3500
RC 6" lift 1600
convert rear brakes to NBS rear disc, will probably close to 500 with all new parts
front diff will need to be re geared as well, not sure how much thats gonna run
this doesnt even include getting everything media blasted and powder coated. if i wait and batch it all together probably will run about 1000, but not really sure.

looks like its gonna be an easy 10k to redo all this.

Picked up a cheap front diff last week so i can regear it and have it ready to put in when i have the front end apart. This thing was black when i picked it up last week, the other half of the front diff has a lot more nooks and crannies, may need to invest in a small media blaster. The bearing race is a really hard to get out of the smaller shell, need to find a better tool

Replaced the Fog, rear hatch, wiper, and steering wheel radio control burnt out bulbs to blue LEDs, dont have the fog lights yet, but the switch is ready. Will get a picture of it all one once everything installed, still need to do the 4x4 switch. The orange light on the fog switch comes from the factory as LED, i dont know why all these switches didnt come with LEDs

I didnt even realize these were supposed to be lit when i bought it, the transfer case switch had very bright white wide angle LEDs, the blues i put in are just regular so it doesnt appear as fully lit as it should. Ill know ill have to do some wire work for the fog switch as they didnt come optioned on this tahoe so no lights yet

Big 3 upgrade complete, still need to drive around and test if it fixed the issue of struggling to start after engine as warmed up. I suspect its the starter motor getting weak after being heated up
Cool Thread! I really like how the headliner turned out.
I see in your picture of your Big 3 upgrade that it looks like you have the inline fuse attached to the starter circuit. My instructions say that fuse is for the alternator circuit. Thought I would point it out just to prevent any issue if it is incorrect. Disregard if what you have is correct
