I like both, but prefer Polar Bear's. Where'd you guys get them?
I got my searching through the internet trying to find the cheapest ones. I like mine there 5 or 6 years old. Been good to me. Also you can buy his style on LMC

Little known secret. I'm the one who added them to the LMC catalog. I was in product management there for nearly 10 years, before leaving last September.
I spent quite a bit of time sourcing, engineering and cataloging alot of 73-99 GM full-size parts that weren't there or thought of, previously.
Obviously, pricing was out of my hands. Or alot of stuff would be cheaper.
Wow that's awesome.
No it's not, he quit. Now we're screwed.
Great job! Truck looks awesome!
Maybe I missed it, but you dropped a 5.3? Did you do any mods?
I agree, these 2500 suburbans are great. I bought a GMT 800 2500 Suburban last spring for my wife. I've been driving it and really like it. So much, I bought another one for myself as a project (sorta rough, but drivetrain is perfect,) LOL. We needed 2 family haulers anyways.
The 6 leaf pack is great, yet rides pretty nice. On the GMT 800 they went with coils rear of the 1500s SUVs, which I didn't care for. Throw all the kids back there and rear doesn't sag much. Truck doesn't seem to mind all the extra weight, no downshifting all the time like her newer minivan we have.
Edit: I see it's a 5.3...
It's a 100% stock, 2002 5.3. It's really tough to go from the 6.0 in my 1990 to the 5.3 in this 1993, because the 6.0 is an absolute ripper. The 5.3 in this burb is alot smoother and drives much better than the "built" 6.0 in my 1990.
I'm happy with it so far, I may eventually find a supercharger or just swap a 6.0 in this burb.
Now you're talking.
