BTW, My 98 has to have the hubs removed to pull the brake drums off. They are behind the flanges with the wheel studs pressed thru them.

Do you have a truck other than a 1500? K1500s don't come from the factory with a full floating rear axles.

Its JB7, and the studs are pressed in to the drum and the axle flange like the OP pic.
