I was gonna reinforce the frame with welds on notches I took the car for a drive on a empty parking lot and beat the **** out of it it’s still good just bent to ****

I’d start by dropping the axle and pulling the leaves off. They’re are putting some tension and weight on the frame. It should be easier to move it around back into place with them disconnected.

I don’t think your u bolts are installed correctly either.

It's bolted together, Idk why you can't unbolt it and move it around and re-do it. Really should have taken some measurements before you started. After moving the bolt holes around there might not be enough meat, I would rent a welder , get ahold of a welder, or take the job to somebody that knows what there doing and knows how to weld.. Half-assed is an understatement.

If you have any friends with mechanical engineering experience, particularly with a background in the strength of materials, ask them for advice :waytogo:

Lay some good angle iron across the top of the frame to help see when you have the frame straight. Get somebody with some serious fabrication experience help you weld that back and strengthen it. You're about a gnat hair shy of trashing that truck.

First thing you need to do is figure out where you went wrong so you don't **** it up next time.
If you find a fab guy it can be saved, but it won't be cheap.
If you don't know anyone who knows what they're doing, chalk it up to a learning experience and move on.

He really needs a frame guy at this point. Someone that can get the frame squared up and leveled length, width, and height so the bed will bolt back on.

Having never done this, what is that blue thing where it’s cut? Looks like a c-notch was cut and then a filler was added.
