Yes I looked at summit and jegs. But I think those would be a Lil over the top for what I need. There is one shop here in town that I'm getting good feedback on from locals here. Might have to go back and talk with him again.

I would never buy a "factory" replacement trans while I'm running bigger size tires... besides I still want to drop it and go for more street performance. I'm tired of it being lifted.....

They go 150k + pretty regularly without the bug fixes lol. I would do a factory, GM, not parts store replacement before I dealt with Monster, or one of the fly by night companies. At least they will still be there if you need to use the warranty.

I agree, for best results, you should take it to a trusted, local builder, but if you don't have one, good options start getting expensive quickly.
