Weld Mountain Crusher wheels

I just picked up a set. The tires look good, the wheels look like sh*t! Has anyone been able to remove the allen headed bolts on these wheels to help with clean up?

buy a bottle of eagle 1 etching mag cleaner spray the wheels with it let sit and foam up scrub and rinse them once they are cleaned polish them with white diamond aluminum polish
