No.Real quick I got a 89 c1500 and the radiator fan is always spinning, is that a sign of a failed fan clutch? Its never been replaced
There's a spring which applies pressure to the diaphragm that controls flow back to the tank depending on how much pressure the spring applies. There is no bowl or reservoir there, it is constant flow from the pump to the Throttle Body and back to the tank. Can someone explain how the fuel pressure regulator works on the TBI trucks works?
Some of the "newer" ones are 1 wire, mine is (99 Burb 5.7 C1500). I checked it before I went to the parts store, not much room to get my hands back there! What year truck? The newer ones have a 3 wire sender on the china rail near the distributor. 1 wire is for the fuel pump pressure switch and the other 2 wires are for your gauge.
Yeah, I remember you going through that. My mistake, I was referring to TBI trucks. Some of the "newer" ones are 1 wire, mine is (99 Burb 5.7 C1500). I checked it before I went to the parts store, not much room to get my hands back there!
