Seen this at a dealership

The description, half of it wrong. And the other half is what every vehicle is standard built with from factory. Who writes this poo?

I would guess a computer writes it based on the checkboxes that are filled out when the car is photographed by the guy from the media company they contract with.

The options in the database aren't always right, and even less likely the photographer knows/cares what's right.

It's definitely a mish-mash of parts as others have noted. Most obvious is the LS swap. Then the 94-up grille, 95-up seat, 90-up door panels, etc. And it's got the cheapie amazon-sourced dash overlay to cover what is surely a broken dash. (I have that same crummy cover on mine at the moment.) Aftermarket gauge panel to get rid of the moonies is a minor plus, as is the add-on rear sway bar. It's not a bad looking truck but it's definitely "dealer" priced.
