Radiator cap problems

Anybody else bought a full core radiator and multiple caps don't seem to tighten properly and leak?

I bought a new Delphi Radiator for my truck several years ago, when they were still making them, and I bought a Murray Cap from Oreilly that didn't seem to work... it was loose. I replaced it with a Stant that was ok... still could have been a little tighter maybe. That cap went bad earlier this year and I found an OEM cap on ebay for cheap, and it's really tight... probably a little too tight, but whatever. I don't take it off very often.

Yes i went thru 3 stants before i went about a gm part at the dealer.
