Pulsation that won't go away... please help

The likelihood of even having ABS is slim. But ABS that works? Now you're just asking for too much.

If it was a two piece drive shaft, and the carrier bearing was bad, would that make a vibration when braking?

More of a vibration at speed. But these trucks don't use center carriers. Even the Burbs have one piece shafts.

The ext. cab 2wd's and crew cab's have a 2 piece driveshaft though in case you didn't know.

I didn't. Never owned either. I've had ext 4x4s, reg 2wds and a Burb for parts.
