So I replaced my front rotors with new bearings and whatnot to fix severe pulsating brakes, I drove my truck for a day with the issue gone, now all of a sudden it’s back 1/2 as bad after only a day. I’ve have an abs light that’s been on for over 2 years lol. While I was replacing hubs I replaced abs sensors but didn’t fix it. Any thoughts? It’s driving me nuts. I already concluded it’s not the rears, doesn’t pulsate with e brake. Just wondering if abs can cause this

I wonder if “new” rotors are warped. It happens.

It sounds like you have a 2wd.

1: Have you verified the front hose(s) aren't collapsed, thus overheating and warping the rotors?
2: Are the rear brakes adjusted properly?
3: Have you made sure the fronts aren't being overworked and overheated by poor rear operation?
