Just rolled 190k and it's running so well with the new blackbear tune. I just put a full tank thru it and averaged 12.82 MPG!! That's combined city and hwy. Mostly hwy but part of that time was pulling a trailer loaded with 4000 lbs.

That tune will pay for itself in no time. compare that to the 9 I was getting the last 6 months since the teardown and new injectors etc.

On to other things. These are the moog problem solver sway bar bushings. They are the 30mm 1 ³/16 size which is my bar size. But they look distorted af to me. What do you guys think?

Wondering if this is where I have a slight contact on the driver's side.

The bar is almost touching the bushing bracket

Glad the tune is returning dividends! That's pretty impressive, I can't remember if you've got 4.10s or 3.73s.

Sway bar looks like it's under some duress there at the mounts.

4:10s and yes I'm very happy with it. I got their tow tune and it's doing well. Yeah not sure if the moogs are undersized for the brackets or what but they're supposedly the correct ID for the bar OD. But they also came with their own brackets that I didn't use.

Looks about like my stock bushings.

Ugh.. well I don't want to go polyurethane if at all possible. But this looks unacceptable

I thought those Problem Solvers were poly. They're definitely deformed more than I would expect an ENS bushing to though.

I ended up making custom links to counter for the lift/offset of bar mounting. I used 3/8 x 10 bolts and cut some 6" sleeves. Seems to be ok so far. No unnecessary stress on the bar bushings.
