I agree with not messing with it, but if you do I suggest the Holley aluminum timing cover. And a note: there’s some folks here that experienced NOT needing to drop the oil pan to change the cover. I however was unsuccessful and had to drop the pan.


Then I had the engine rebuilt :p

I agree with this get rid of that plastic garbage one time use timing cover and get a metal one they come in 4 options plain with crank sensor plain with out crank sensor black with crank sensor and black with out crank sensor
