Both of the trucks currently in my possession are broken on both sides of this brace. I'm willing to bet that the other two are as well.

Suburban had 265/70/17s on it since the day I got it, the lot put them on to make her look good for the sale. Don't really know her history tire wise. Had her since 2020, drove her for about 16 months and 20-ish thousand miles. Planning to go back to a 16" wheel, and unsure if I'm going back to the stock 245/75/16 or gonna stay 265/75/16.

The ccsb had a set of 33/12.50/17s on it when I picked it up, guy said he'd had them on about a month. I put a set of 245/75/16s on her before I even drove home. Have the old as Methuselah 245/75/16s that were on her when he got her. 4 mismatched tires, only 2 that I can read are date coded 2010 and 2012 respectively.

265 was also a factory size. I wonder what tears them up? My 1500 has worn a 285 for many years.

I plan to go back into mine in time and clean and weld them, then add some extra plating for reinforcement.
