With those wheels I don't think the stainless dumbos would look too bad. If staying with standard style, cover the mirror in painter's tape and spray paint them body blue. If you don't like it, spray them gray. Then you can take the tape off and have them done professionally once you've decided.
edit: heck, just blue painter's tape first and then duct tape over that afterwards for the gray. That would give you a vague idea of what those colors look like. No spray paint needed.
