Loud sucking noise

When you turn the key forward into the on position or accessory position too I believe, there's a loud sucking noise coming from somewhere near the blower motor. Its not a constant suck but more like a....this is going to be dumb... *suck/pause/suck/pause/suck repeat infinitely* lol. It only pauses for half a second then sucks again. Any help is much appreciated

I have the same problem as him, and I wouldn't exactly call it a sucking noise, but it's in the same spot you're describing.

winner,,winner,,chicken dinner,,,its the actuator motor,,i think thats the correct name??
have someone cycle the key while you look under the right side of dash,,you can barely see it,,it looks like a major pain in the *** to change too,,i just took a long flat blade screwdriver and popped the wires off and no more loud noise,,but it is stuck in recirc, mode.
