Is there any way when I do this to get a red gauge cluster instead of black with set of blue (or whatever color I decide) needles

As far as the needles go, pretty sure eBay is an option for all different colors. As far as the gauges, you could put red LEDs in it but I really don't know much about an entire red face for these.

You can try junkyards or eBay, good luck. Try searching for "99 police tahoe cluster" or "z56 tahoe cluster"
